- Misconduct may lead to termination of enrollment without refund.
- Sharing of login credentials (for online courses) is strictly prohibited.
4. Intellectual Property
All study materials, videos, notes, mock tests, and content provided by Rohan’s Academy are:
- The intellectual property of Rohan’s Academy
- Not to be reproduced, distributed, or shared without written permission
Legal action may be taken in case of violation.
5. Results Disclaimer
While we provide structured preparation and mentorship, Rohan’s Academy does not guarantee:
- Specific scores
- Admission to any institution
- Selection in any examination
Performance depends on individual effort and consistency.
6. Schedule Changes
Rohan’s Academy reserves the right to:
- Modify class timings
- Reschedule sessions
- Change faculty (if necessary)
Students will be informed in advance.
7. Limitation of Liability
Rohan’s Academy shall not be liable for:
- Technical issues beyond control
- Examination pattern changes by conducting bodies
- Personal loss due to missed sessions
